Álvora Capital manages high-value real estate assets and needed a platform that conveyed exclusivity, facilitated property search and connected with their internal CRM without manual intervention.
The main challenge was integrating a dynamic property catalogue with advanced filters, maintaining brand consistency and ensuring the sales team could update content autonomously.
We developed a platform on WordPress with a custom post type for properties, advanced search by area, type and price, and automatic synchronisation with the sales team’s CRM via REST API.
The design prioritises photography and key information, with property listings optimised for conversion and contact forms segmented by asset type.
